Q: I’ve attended my trial lesson and I LOVED it, so I’m ready to sign up for the whole term. What’s next?
A: Well first off, welcome to the glee family! In terms of what comes next, one of our team will whip up an invoice for you with the outstanding balance of the term (term price minus the trial lesson payment), and once you’ve paid through direct debit then you’re good to go!
Q: Do I need to re-enrol every term?
A: Absolutely not! Once you sign up to direct debit, the payment for each term will be taken 3 business days prior to the start date of the term, so all you need to do is turn up and sing your hearts out - we can take care of the rest!
Q: Sadly I have to cancel my Adult Glee membership - how do I go about doing that?
A: Well we must say we’re sorry to see you go, but if you need to cancel for any reason then all you need to do is let us know at the end of term, and we’ll cancel your direct debit for the next term.
Q: Okay, I cancelled my membership and had a little break, but I’m ready to get back to Adult Glee and start singing again - how do I do that?
A: Great to hear! All you need to do is get in contact with us and we can restate your direct debit, and you’ll be good to go!
Q: I’m not really a fan of direct debit - is there any other way to pay?
A: Although direct debit is our preferred method of payment, in exceptional circumstances we can accept payment via Paypal. Feel free to contact us directly to discuss this.
